These terms govern your use of Deez Gen, a bingo number generator built by the team behind Deezdezignz.com. By creating an account or generating a board, you agree to the terms below.
Using the app
Deez Gen lets you create, save, download, and share personalized bingo boards for personal, educational, and commercial events such as community nights, classrooms, and fundraisers. You may not use the app for unlawful activities or to generate content that infringes someone else's rights.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings, which removes your saved boards and personal data.
Tokens and purchases
Some features use a token balance. New users receive free welcome tokens, and additional tokens can be purchased through Stripe. Token purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. We may adjust token pricing or the features that require tokens, and any tokens already in your balance remain usable.
Your content
You own the boards, images, and text you create. You grant us a limited license to store, render, and share your content as needed to operate the app. Uploaded images are stored privately and used only to render the boards you create.
Service availability
We work to keep Deez Gen reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where required by law, we will give notice of significant changes.
Limitation of liability
Deez Gen is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for tokens in the preceding 12 months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision.
